LAVEL is a family-owned swimwear producer that has been on the market for 15 years. It used to shoot catalog photos on location; the last large session was in Malta, around 2019. The same scope, 200 products, cost PLN 14,000 in Qamera AI.
The difference is PLN 236,000, or 94.4% less. The PLN 250,000 breakdown is a reconstruction of a typical shoot of that scale from the known total and parameters (two models, about six shoot days, the 2019 USD rate), not the client's invoice.
The amount is not the whole story. Each location shoot was a single trip: the weather could ruin it, there was no second attempt at the same price, and tailoring fixes only showed up in the photos. Per-photo billing made the number of shots per product a cost decision, not a creative one. And there was no way to test the concept before spending the whole budget.
